General Provisions
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the company operating the cg22 platform and any user of that platform. By using cg22's website, app or any of its services, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.
These Terms are written in English and apply to players in Bangladesh. In the event of any ambiguity, the English version shall prevail.
Important: Do not open an account or make any financial transaction before reading and fully understanding these Terms.
1.1 Applicability of the Terms
These Terms apply to all products and services on cg22, including: online casino games, slots, live casino, sports betting, fishing games and any future services. In addition to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy also apply.
1.2 Language & Interpretation
In this document, "we", "us" or "cg22" refers to the entity operating the platform. "You" or "user" refers to any visitor, whether registered or not. "Account" refers to your personal registered profile on cg22.
Eligibility & Account Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years old to use cg22's services. Minors are strictly prohibited from using this platform. We may request a copy of your identity document or other supporting documents at any time to verify your age.
2.2 One Person — One Account
Each person may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts for the same person is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all of them will be permanently closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.
2.3 Registration Information
You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information at the time of registration. We reserve the right to close any account where false or misleading information has been provided.
During identity verification, we may request a copy of your National ID (NID), passport or driving licence. This is a standard security procedure.
2.4 Other Eligibility Conditions
- You must play in your own name and with your own funds — not on behalf of another person or as part of a professional syndicate.
- If any previous cg22 account of yours has been closed or banned, you may not open a new account.
- Persons subject to self-exclusion are not permitted to register.
Account Security & Responsibility
You are fully responsible for keeping your account secure. Never share your login credentials (username and password) with anyone.
3.1 Password Protection
- Use a strong password — a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers and special characters.
- Do not use the same password across multiple sites.
- If you share your password with someone else, you are responsible for any transactions they carry out.
- If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
3.2 Personal Use of the Account
Your account is for your personal use only. Allowing a third party to operate your account or place bets through it is strictly prohibited.
3.3 Keeping Your Information Up to Date
If any of your personal details change (such as phone number, email or banking information), update them in your account as soon as possible or notify our support team.
Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
cg22 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and Bangladeshi bank transfers (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and other major commercial banks). Deposit or withdrawal requests through any other method will not be accepted.
4.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal
- Minimum deposit: ৳100 (per method)
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
4.3 Withdrawal Timeframe
Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, this time may increase if identity verification is required or in exceptional circumstances.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions
- Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit, wherever possible.
- Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn until any active bonus wagering requirements have been met.
- cg22 reserves the right to verify any suspicious transaction, which may temporarily delay a withdrawal.
- The name on your payment account must match the name on your cg22 account.
Withdrawals to third-party accounts are prohibited. Such requests will be declined and the account will be subject to investigation.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
5.1 Welcome Bonus
cg22 offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳22,000 or more earns the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳32,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirement
When a bonus is claimed, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount — calculated on the bonus amount only, not the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 in wagers must be placed before winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.
5.3 Other Bonus Conditions
- Each bonus offer may be used once per account.
- If you wish to withdraw your deposited funds after claiming a bonus, the wagering requirement must first be met.
- Bets placed with bonus balance that exceed the specified maximum stake condition will not count towards wagering calculations.
- cg22 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion.
- If evidence of bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is found, the bonus will be forfeited.
5.4 VIP Program
cg22's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze (up to 0.3% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.6%), Gold (up to 0.9%) and Platinum (up to 1.2%). Through regular active play you can gradually advance to higher tiers. Cashback is added to your account every week.
Betting & Gaming Rules
6.1 General Gaming Policy
All games on cg22 are operated in a fair and transparent manner. Game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures that every result is completely impartial.
6.2 Technical Errors
If a technical error or server issue occurs during a game, the result of that round may be voided and the bet amount will be refunded. In the case of incomplete transactions, the records held in cg22's system will be considered final.
6.3 Sports Betting
The sports betting section allows bets on various cricket and football events. Bets are settled after the official result is announced. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, bets are generally refunded, though specific section rules may apply.
6.4 Betting from Multiple Accounts
Placing opposing bets on the same match or game using multiple accounts ("arbitrage betting") is strictly prohibited. If detected, the bets in question will be voided and the accounts will be subject to investigation.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on cg22 and may result in account closure:
- Using the platform for illegal or criminal purposes
- Transactions related to money laundering or terrorist financing
- Opening or maintaining an account using false information
- Using bots, automated scripts or any software to operate games
- Exploiting system vulnerabilities or programming errors
- Carrying out fraudulent activities in collusion with other users
- Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits
- Conducting cyber attacks, hacking or sending malicious code against the platform
- Attempting to access another user's account
- Filing false or misleading chargeback claims
If fraudulent activity is detected, all balances in the relevant account will be forfeited and legal action may be taken.
Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 Account Closure by cg22
cg22 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:
- Breach of these Terms
- Failure to cooperate with identity verification
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity
- Any violation listed under Section 7 — Prohibited Activities
- A self-exclusion request
8.2 Account Closure by the User
You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw all valid balances before the account is closed, provided no prohibited activity has occurred.
8.3 Inactive Accounts
For accounts that remain inactive for an extended period, we may apply an inactivity fee or deactivate the account. Users will be notified in advance.
Limitation of Liability
cg22 is not liable for the following:
- Losses caused by internet disconnection or technical problems with your device
- Account losses resulting from unauthorised access by a third party, where you have not followed security precautions
- Service disruption due to force majeure
- Financial loss from losing games — gaming is inherently financially risky
Playing at cg22 is entirely voluntary. The possibility of losing money in games always exists. Only play with money you can afford to lose.
Privacy & Data Protection
cg22 places the highest priority on protecting your personal information. We keep your data secure using SSL encryption and modern security technology.
10.1 Data Collection
